Plug Lockouts
Plug lockouts prevent electrical plugs from being inserted into a wall outlet. It is used when plug is not under the exclusive control of the person performing service or maintenance.
CYLINDER ELECTRICAL PLUG LOCKOUT
- Unique device prevents plugs from being ‘plugged in’ until intentionally removed.
- Slip plug into the chemical-resistant plastic cylinder; close one or both cover plates for a snug fit and secure with Padlock.
- Fits any plug up to 600 volts. 5-7/8″ x 3″ dia. Lockouts are supplied with instructions and are available with or without one Padlock.

PLUG LOCKOUT BOX
Manufactured from sturdy polystyrene, the unit has been developed to completely enclose electrical plugs to prevent a machine being energized. The plug completely sits inside the unit with the cable being fed through an access hole inside.The small unit is suitable for a variety of electrical connections up to 40 mm diameter, with a locking mechanism taking up to 4 safety padlocks. The large unit is suitable for standard and larger electrical plugs, including 3 phase connectors.

CYLINDER ELECTRICAL PLUG LOCKOUT
- These Large Plug lockouts are made of special grade non tearable thick red fabric & black riveted leather encased belt.
- They can be supplied on request with solid PVC pipe inside, of suitable dia to avoid unwanted operation of the control buttons of hoist of cranes etc (at extra cost).
- Available in two sizes.
