Electrical Lockouts

These LOTO units have been designed to lockout electrical panel buttons and switches with no inbuilt lockout provision / arrangement.

Available in various different designs, they all work in a 2-stage operation. The base plate should be attached directly onto the electrical panel over the top of the relevant switch using the super strong adhesive Backing / Riveting / Bolting.

When in place, the electrical plugs / switches / button can be isolated by placing the house unit over the top of base plate – hence preventing the access to the isolated switch. Then, they can be locked in place with a Lockout Padlock.

The circular units are designed to fit over most of the universal type push / mushroom panel buttons and the square units are designed for the switches with levers. For the switches with extended handles – we have the special patented lockout solutions that freeze the movement of these switches to a still position where they need to be locked at a specific angle.
We also have in the range – the Ellipse lockouts for the twin switches and the special big push button switch lockouts beside the special series of same type of lockouts….information on which can be made available on request.

Manufactured from sturdy special grade transparent material, each unit has been developed to completely enclose electrical plugs to prevent a machine from being energized. The plug completely sits inside the unit ….. If more than one unit on a single panel needs to be locked out – we recommend the use of our De Electric Squeezer lockout with the yellow cable being fed through the access holes of these electrical lockouts and locked at one location by the multiple users.

ELECTRICAL PANEL HANDLE LOCKOUT

Patented design of EPHL freezes the movement of the bigger handles / levers installed on the electrical panels. Two Yellow bases and flexible powder coated stainless steel strip of 25 mm x 300 mm with 20 holes makes it impossible for the handles to move from their position once locked with the help of two yellow clamps and a lockout padlock. Best Suitable / Recommended for handles, all kinds of levers having no arrangement for lockout.

COCOON : OVERSIZE PUSH BUTTON LOCKOUT

Most appreciated lockout solution for the Oversize Electrical Push Buttons on the electrical panels or on control stations. Also finds its application on the Special crane / heavy machinery.
This lockout device can be easily installed in seconds – by just placing it on the Push buttons thus concealing them in a cocoon – hence protecting them from being accidently energized.
The two parts are plugged and then locked out with the help of our lockout padlock.
Inner size of 70 mm x 85 mm height with 30 mm dia hole in center.
